Position: Sales Manager / Sales Executive - Solar EPC Location: Mumbai (Powai)

Responsibilities

- - Generate new business opportunities for Solar EPC projects.
- - Identify and acquire clients across Commercial, Industrial & Residential sectors.
- - Generate leads through direct sales, networking, references, cold calling & digital channels.
- - Conduct client meetings and understand project requirements.
- - Prepare commercial proposals, quotations & presentations.
- - Coordinate with Design, Engineering, Commercial & Project teams for techno-commercial proposals.
- - Negotiate pricing, commercial terms and close deals successfully.
- - Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
- - Build and maintain strong client relationships.




- - Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets.
- - Maintain sales pipeline, MIS reports and business forecasts.
- - Follow up on payments and support collection activities.
- - Candidate Profile
- - 3-8 years of relevant sales experience.
- - Mandatory experience in Solar / Solar EPC Sales.
- - Experience in Rooftop Solar, Ground-Mounted Solar or Commercial & Industrial Solar projects will be an added advantage.
- - Strong knowledge of Solar EPC solutions, commercial processes and project sales.
- - Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
- - Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.

Requirements

- - Mandatory Requirement
- - Hands-on experience in the Solar Industry / Solar EPC is mandatory.
- - Candidates with only general sales experience and no Solar EPC exposure will not be considered.
