Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our team and drive B2B business growth for Filumart.com. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential businesses, generating leads, conducting sales calls, following up with prospects, and converting opportunities into successful business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new B2B leads through calls, online research, references, and direct outreach.
- Contact and engage potential business customers.
- Explain Filumart.com products, services, and business solutions.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Convert qualified leads into successful sales.
- Acquire and onboard new business customers.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales records and daily activity reports.




- Build long-term relationships with customers and business partners.
- Participate in exhibitions, business meetings, and promotional activities when required.

Requirements

- 0–2 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development / Tele-Sales preferred.
- Robust communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and confident in handling sales calls.
- Experience in lead generation and closing is an advantage.
- Knowledge of B2B products, services, marketplaces, or digital platforms is preferred.
- Ability to communicate in English and Malayalam; Hindi is an advantage.
- Freshers with strong sales ability and communication skills may also be considered.

What We Offer ₹20,000 Basic Monthly Salary + 5% Incentive on Every Successful Sales Closure or

₹15,000 Basic Monthly Salary + 10% Incentive on Every Successful Sales Closure
