Sales Executive – Optical Retail

- Work in a specialized optical retail workplace and assist customers in selecting suitable eyewear solutions.

- Understand customers’ vision and eyewear requirements and recommend appropriate frames, lenses, and optical products.

- Provide detailed information about lens types, coatings, features, and benefits.

- Ensure excellent customer service while driving sales conversions and achieving store targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend walk-in customers and understand their vision and eyewear requirements.

- Recommend suitable frames, lenses, and optical products based on customer needs.

- Explain different lens types, including single vision, progressive lenses, coatings, and other available options.





- Assist customers with product trials and frame selection.

- Drive sales and achieve weekly and monthly store targets.

- Maintain adequate stock of frames, lenses, accessories, and other optical products.

- Coordinate with optometrists, where applicable, to support customer requirements.

- Generate daily sales and inventory reports.

- Ensure proper product display and maintain the overall presentation of the optical store.

- Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business.

- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling suitable optical products.
