About the Role

We are looking for someone to manage music teacher requirements for our partner schools and academies. The role will be similar to an HR/recruitment role, focused specifically on music teachers.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand teacher requirements from schools and academies.
- Source and reach out to suitable music teachers.
- Make regular calls to teachers for screening and onboarding.
- Share suitable profiles with schools.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews/demos.
- Follow up with teachers and schools until the position is closed.
- Maintain teacher and requirement records.
- Build and manage relationships with partner schools and academies.

We are looking for someone who is good at communication, calling, coordination and follow-ups, and is comfortable speaking to a large number of teachers regularly.
- Prior experience in recruitment, HR, education or relationship management is preferred.
