We are looking for an experienced and confident Sales Executive for Laminates and WPC products, including WPC Doors and WPC Door Frames.
The candidate should have practical knowledge of laminates and WPC products and be comfortable visiting shops, dealers, and customers regularly.
Required Skills & Responsibilities
- Must have knowledge of Laminates and WPC products
- Must have knowledge of WPC Doors and WPC Door Frames
- Must be able to visit shops, dealers, retailers, and potential customers
- Excellent communication skills are required
- Must be confident while speaking with shop owners, dealers, and customers
- Must have strong sales and convincing skills
- Must be able to negotiate prices and close deals
- Should be capable of generating new customers and developing dealer/shop relationships
- Must be able to explain product features, quality, pricing, and perks to customers
- Follow up with customers and dealers regularly
- Achieve sales targets and maintain good customer relationships
- Should understand the local market and be willing to travel for sales visits
- Ability to handle objections and convert enquiries into sales
- Should be self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented
- Previous experience in building materials, laminates, plywood, WPC, doors, interiors, or similar products will be preferred.
Candidate Requirements The ideal candidate should already understand the laminate and WPC market and should not require basic product training from scratch. Good communication + product knowledge + negotiation ability + field sales experience are important for this position.
