Job Role

- Business Loan Sales Executive / Telecalling Executive

- Make outbound calls to potential customers regarding Business Loans.

- Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.

- Understand the customer's business profile, turnover, loan requirement, and eligibility.

- Explain loan products, interest rates, tenure, and other applicable terms.

- Follow up with interested customers and convert qualified leads into loan applications.

- Maintain daily call records, lead status, and follow-up data in CRM/MIS.

- Coordinate with customers and internal teams for further loan processing.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

- Work towards achieving assigned sales and lead-generation targets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Telecalling:

- Make regular outbound calls to prospective customers.

- Identify customers interested in Business Loans.

- Understand customer requirements and assess basic eligibility.

- Explain suitable loan products and related terms.

- Qualify leads and forward suitable cases for further processing.





- Conduct regular follow-ups to maximise lead conversions.

Customer Handling

- Understand the customer's business nature, turnover, and financial requirements.

- Handle basic customer queries regarding loan products.

- Explain applicable interest rates, tenure, eligibility, and documentation requirements.

- Maintain professional communication with prospective customers.

CRM & Reporting

- Maintain daily call records and lead status in CRM/MIS.

- Update follow-up activities and customer responses regularly.

- Maintain accurate lead and customer data.

- Share regular updates and reports with the concerned team.

Required Skills

- Experience in Business Loan, LAP, Personal Loan, DSA, Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services will be an advantage.

- Good communication and telecalling skills.

- Robust follow-up and lead-conversion abilities.

- Basic knowledge of loan products and financial services.

- Customer-handling and convincing skills.

- Basic knowledge of CRM/MIS.
