About the Role

We’re looking for energetic, confident, and fashion-conscious Sales Executives to join the BTCH showroom team. Your main role is to create a great shopping experience, understand customer needs, and help drive store sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and engage customers as they enter the store.
- Understand their style, requirements, size, and budget.
- Recommend products and help customers put together looks.
- Actively drive sales and work towards individual and store targets.
- Maintain excellent product knowledge, including new arrivals, fits, sizes, and pricing.
- Assist customers in the trial room and encourage conversions.
- Keep the showroom, displays, racks, and merchandise neat and attractive.
- Assist with restocking, folding, tagging, and basic inventory activities.
- Handle customer queries professionally and ensure a positive experience.




- Support billing and other day-to-day store operations when required.
- Maintain punctuality, grooming standards, and a professional attitude.

Who We’re Looking For

- Good communication and people skills.
- Confident, energetic, and comfortable approaching customers.
- Interest in fashion, clothing, and styling.
- Sales or retail experience is preferred, but enthusiastic freshers can also apply.
- Ability to work as part of a rapid-paced team.
- Good personal grooming and presentation.
