Sales Executive – Interior Design Company: MoGhara Interior Design & Services (A Unit of E2E Interior design and Services Private Limited) Job Type: Full-Time Work Locations: Jajpur, Cuttack & Bhubaneswar, Odisha Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on experience, skills and interview performance About MoGharaMoGhara Interior Design & Services is a growing interior design company providing complete home interior solutions, modular kitchens, wardrobes, furniture, renovation and related interior services across Odisha. We are looking for energetic and experienced Sales Executives who understand the interior design industry and can confidently interact with homeowners, generate business opportunities and convert enquiries into interior design projects. Key ResponsibilitiesAttend and follow up with customer enquiries and leads.

Understand customers' interior design requirements, budget and expectations.

Explain

MoGhara's interior design services, process, materials and project offerings. Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp and meetings. Arrange and attend customer meetings and site visits when required.

Generate current leads through local marketing, references, networking and field activities. Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers. Coordinate with interior designers and the project team during the sales process.

Prepare and explain quotations and proposals to customers. Negotiate professionally and convert qualified enquiries into confirmed projects. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and sales activities.

Work towards monthly sales and conversion targets.





Candidate Requirements

Prior marketing or sales experience with an interior design / home interiors company is required. Candidates with experience selling modular kitchens, wardrobes, furniture, home renovation or complete interior solutions will be preferred. Strong communication and customer-handling skills.

Must be well-spoken in Odia, Hindi and English . Good negotiation and convincing skills. Presentable, confident and professional while dealing with customers. Comfortable with calling leads, conducting follow-ups and meeting customers personally.

Good understanding of the local market in Jajpur, Cuttack or Bhubaneswar will be an advantage. Should be target-oriented and capable of independently managing leads from enquiry to conversion.

Preferred Experience 1 year of relevant sales/marketing experience in the interior design industry preferred. Candidates with strong relevant industry experience may be offered a higher salary within the advertised range.
