About the RoleWe are looking for a high-energy Industrial Sales Executive to grow our SKF Bearing business across Manesar & Gurgaon. If you love meeting customers, solving industrial challenges, and closing business — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage a solid customer base in Manesar, Gurgaon & nearby industrial hubs
- Conduct regular plant visits to gather sales opportunities, understand maintenance needs and build solid relations with Purchase, Maintenance & Stores teams
- Promote a full portfolio: SKF Bearings, Lubrication, Seals, Tools & Industrial Consumables
- Generate and submit competitive technical-commercial quotations
- Track open quotations, follow up consistently and convert to orders
- Ensure on-time collections as per credit terms + maintain customer ledger hygiene
- Coordinate with internal teams for stock availability, logistics & dispatch
- Conduct sales reporting: lead funnel, visit plan, competitor information & market intelligence
- Identify and onboard new accounts from target industries (Auto OEMs & Vendors / Engineering / Metals / Cement / FMCG)
- Drive cross-selling & upselling from bearings to other MRO products
- Support customer training, product demos & reliability improvement initiatives
- Represent DHE with professionalism, ethics & brand discipline (SKF guidelines)

What We’re Looking For✔ 1–4 years experience in B2B industrial sales

(Preferable: Bearings / Lubricants / Mechanical Spares / Industrial Supplies)

✔ Mechanical/Industrial background (Diploma/B.Tech or relevant graduate)





✔ Strong relationship-building & negotiation skills

✔ Two-wheeler & field-readiness mandatory

✔ Based in Manesar/Gurgaon or willing to relocate nearby
