Role: Store Sales Executive

Employment: Weekday / Weekend shifts available

About the Role

We’re looking for energetic, confident, and fashion-conscious Sales Executives to join the BTCH showroom team. Your main role is to create a great shopping experience, understand customer needs, and help drive store sales.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and engage customers as they enter the store.

Understand their style, requirements, size, and budget.

Recommend products and help customers put together looks.

Actively drive sales and work towards individual and store targets.

Maintain excellent product knowledge, including new arrivals, fits, sizes, and pricing.

Assist customers in the trial room and encourage conversions.

Keep the showroom, displays, racks, and merchandise neat and attractive.

Assist with restocking, folding, tagging, and basic inventory activities.

Handle customer queries professionally and ensure a positive experience.





Support billing and other day-to-day store operations when required.

Maintain punctuality, grooming standards, and a professional attitude.

Who We’re Looking For

Positive communication and people skills.

Confident, energetic, and comfortable approaching customers.

Interest in fashion, clothing, and styling.

Sales or retail experience is preferred, but enthusiastic freshers can also apply.

Ability to work as part of a fast-paced team.

Good personal grooming and presentation.
