Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will be responsible for providing complete and appropriate solutions for every client in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition, and overall profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and reach out to prospective clients through cold calling, networking, inbound leads, and industry platforms.

Client Consultation: Meet with potential clients to thoroughly assess their specific needs (e.g., residential layout requirements, modular kitchen setups, or customized architectural elements) and recommend the best solutions.

Presentations & Pitching: Present, promote,



and sell our services to prospective customers using solid arguments and visual demonstrations.

Closing Deals: Negotiate contracts, determine pricing, finalize terms of sale, and efficiently close deals to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive, long-term customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.

Market Research: Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to strategically position our offerings.

Sales Tracking: Record all sales activities, pipeline progress, and customer feedback in our CRM system, reporting regularly to management.

Requirements and Qualifications

Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role.

Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
