Job Summary:
The Duty Manager is responsible for supervising daily hotel operations and guest services during their shift. They ensure a smooth workflow across departments and resolve guest issues efficiently. Proficiency in IDS Software is essential for handling reservations and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise front desk, housekeeping, and guest service operations.
- Oversee guest check-in/check-out using IDS Software.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by resolving complaints promptly.
- Coordinate between departments to maintain service standards.
- Generate occupancy and revenue reports.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management.
- 1-3 years in a similar role with IDS Software knowledge.
- Strong communication and team management skills.
- Adaptable with shifts; problem-solving attitude.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
