About Honour My Trip

Honour My Trip is a travel company specializing in holiday and travel packages. We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team in Mumbai and Pune.

Job Responsibilities

- Handle leads provided by the company and connect with potential customers over calls.
- Understand customers travel requirements, preferences, and budgets.
- Recommend and sell suitable domestic and international travel packages.
- Follow up regularly with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Explain package details, pricing, inclusions, exclusions, itineraries, and terms clearly to customers.
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent service throughout the sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, leads, and conversions.
- Achieve monthly and individual sales targets.
- Coordinate with the operations and travel team to ensure a smooth booking experience.
- Stay updated on travel destinations, packages, offers, and products offered by the company.

Candidate Requirements





- Candidates should have a strong understanding of the sales process and lead conversion.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with selling travel packages over the phone.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and confident.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend the right package
- Prior experience in sales preferred..
- Good knowledge of English, Hindi, and/or Marathi is preferred.
- Candidates with experience in tele-sales, travel sales, holiday packages, or inside sales will be preferred.

Training & Support Product and process training will be provided by Honour My Trip. Candidates do not need to have complete knowledge of all our travel packages from day one. However, they should have a strong sales mindset, good communication skills, and the ability to convert leads into customers.
