You don’t need years of experience to get started. If you’re confident, curious, a good listener, and genuinely enjoy talking to people, we want to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing:

- Connect with prospective clients through inbound and outbound calls.
- Understand their concerns and health goals.
- Explain Femly’s programs and help clients find the right fit.
- Follow up with leads and build meaningful client relationships.
- Handle questions and objections with confidence.
- Convert qualified leads into enrolled clients.
- Work towards sales targets and maintain accurate client records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience.





What we’re looking for:

- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence and willingness to speak with new people.
- A positive, target-driven and self-motivated attitude.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a sales environment.
- Freshers are welcome; prior sales, counselling, or customer-facing experience is a plus.
