Key Responsibilities

- Telecalling & Lead Nurturing:

Connect with potential leads via calls, explain key offerings, and understand their requirements.

- Sales & Marketing:

Drive inside sales efforts, present product/service value propositions, and convert qualified prospects into customers.

- Target Achievement:

Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Relationship Management:

Maintain smooth follow-ups and build solid relationships with prospective clients.





Requirements & Qualifications

- Education:

Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor’s degree required).

- Experience:

1-3 years of proven experience in sales, telecalling, or business development.

- Languages:

Excellent verbal communication skills in both

English and

Hindi

.

- Skills:

High energy, persuasive negotiation abilities, target-oriented mindset, and good CRM/sales tracking habits.

- Setup:

Must have a reliable computer/laptop and high-speed internet connection for remote work.
