? About the RoleClick Office is looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales & Business Development Executive to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate should have experience in Real Estate, Coworking Space, Commercial Leasing, Property Sales, or related B2B sales.

? Key Responsibilities• Generate new business leads through calls, references, online platforms & networking

- Handle inquiries for coworking spaces, private offices and virtual offices
- Conduct property/office site visits and client meetings
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable workspace solutions
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets




- Maintain regular follow-ups and update CRM/lead records

? Requirements✅ 6 Months – 2 Years of sales/business development experience

✅ Experience in Real Estate / Coworking / Commercial Property preferred

✅ Robust communication and negotiation skills

✅ Confident, presentable and target-oriented

✅ Good knowledge of Noida/Delhi NCR commercial real estate is a plus

✅ Ability to generate leads and convert them into clients
