Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Executive role based in Rewa.

The Sales

Executive will identify and engage potential employers and worker suppliers, present the BookMyWorker platform, and explain how it addresses their hiring needs.

Responsibilities include generating leads, conducting meetings and calls, giving product demonstrations, and closing new business. The role also involves building long-term relationships, providing post-sales support, gathering market feedback,



and collaborating with internal teams to improve offerings.

The Sales

Executive will maintain accurate records of prospects, opportunities, and activities, and work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications

- Solid sales and business development skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and deal closing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with employers, workers, and suppliers.
- Ability to understand local market dynamics in manpower hiring and present solutions clearly and persuasively.
- Basic proficiency with digital tools and platforms (CRM systems, spreadsheets, presentation tools, and mobile apps).
- Self-motivated, target-driven mindset with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Prior experience in B2B sales, recruitment services, staffing, or related industries is an advantage.
- Comfortable working on-site in Rewa and conducting field visits as needed.
- Minimum educational background of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred.
