ABOUT THE ROLE

Fresh Honey Farm, the makers of the trusted Amolak brand, is looking for a passionate and energetic Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. This role is ideal for a self-motivated, results-driven individual who enjoys building relationships with customers and closing sales for our range of honey, honey-based products, and wellness items.

The ideal candidate will generate leads, make sales calls, maintain our CRM database, and consistently meet monthly sales targets — all while representing a brand built on purity and quality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•

Set sales goals and develop effective sales strategies for honey and honey-based products.

•

Research prospects and generate new leads within assigned territories.

•

Contact potential and existing customers by phone, email, and in person.

•

Handle customer questions, inquiries, and complaints professionally.

•

Prepare and send accurate quotes and proposals.

•





Manage the end-to-end sales process using designated CRM/sales software.

•

Build and maintain an up-to-date CRM database of customers and leads.

•

Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

•

Actively participate in sales team meetings and training sessions.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

•

10+2 in Science / Diploma in Food & Nutrition / B.Sc. (Medical) or equivalent.

•

Minimum 1 year of relevant sales experience.

•

Excellent customer service and sales skills.

•

Strong verbal and written communication in English and other regional languages.

•

Confident phone etiquette and presentation skills.

•

Valuable working knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and sales software.

•

Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

•

A self-motivated, target-oriented, and energetic approach to work.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

•

Monthly salary of ₹12,000 – ₹15,000, based on qualification and experience.

•

Travelling Allowance (TA) and Dearness Allowance (DA).

•

Attractive performance-based incentives.
