JOB DESCRIPTION - HOMEMADE KITCHEN STAFF

Position: Kitchen Staff / Homemade Food Cook

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh homemade breakfast, lunch, snacks, and other food items as required.
- Plan and prepare daily meals according to the company’s requirements.
- Maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness of the kitchen and cooking area.
- Ensure proper cleaning of utensils, kitchen equipment, and work surfaces.
- Purchase or coordinate the availability of vegetables, groceries, spices, and other kitchen items.
- Maintain proper storage of food and kitchen ingredients.
- Check the quality and freshness of ingredients before use.
- Avoid unnecessary wastage of food and kitchen materials.
- Maintain basic records of grocery and kitchen requirements.




- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Prepare tea/coffee and other refreshments when required.
- Support other kitchen-related activities assigned by management.

Required Skills:
- Experience in preparing homemade Indian food and breakfast.
- Good knowledge of basic cooking and food hygiene.
- Ability to manage kitchen work independently.
- Clean, disciplined, and well-organized.
- Honest, reliable, and punctual.
- Ability to manage multiple kitchen activities efficiently.

Experience

1-3 years of relevant experience preferred. Freshers with good cooking skills may also be considered.

As per company requirements.

Salary - 10,000 - 20,000
