Proust Fragrances is a fast-growing Indian D2C perfume brand built on serious fragrance quality (30% fragrance oil concentration) and a distinct, design-led brand identity. We're a small, founder-led team — every hire has real ownership from day one.
What You'll Do
- Set up, run, and optimize Meta (Instagram/Facebook) ad campaigns for product sales, retargeting, and seasonal pushes
- Set up, run and optimize Google Ad’s, SEO, Keyword search optimisation for product sales, re targeting, interest based sales.
- Build ad creative briefs and work with the content team on assets that perform
- Track CAC, ROAS, and conversion metrics; report weekly/monthly with explicit recommendations
- Set up automation systems for leads such as whatsapp automation
- Optimize landing page/checkout funnel improvements that affect ad performance
- Support Diwali and other seasonal campaign planning from a paid-media angle
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record running Meta ads for a D2C/e-commerce brand (ask for past account results, not just certifications)
- Comfortable working independently with monthly reporting cadence, mínimal supervision— Understanding of the full funnel — not just running ads, but how they connect to landing pages and checkout
- taking ownership and accountability of one’s actions
Nice to Have
- Experience specifically with beauty/fragrance or fashion D2C brands
- Familiarity with Shopify
