Palasa is looking for confident, energetic and people-oriented freshers who want to build a career in Sales, Business Development and Client Relations.

You'll interact with architects, interior designers, builders, business owners and premium residential clients, understand their requirements, present Palasa's products and solutions, and learn how to convert opportunities into business.

Important: This is a SALES & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT position.

What You'll Do
- Connect with potential customers and develop new business opportunities.
- Build relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, developers, business owners and premium residential clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Palasa products and solutions.
- Make calls, follow up on leads and schedule client meetings.




- Present products and solutions confidently to prospective clients.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations and project discussions.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.
- Learn negotiation and sales-closing techniques.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
- Update leads, client interactions and sales progress in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams from enquiry through order execution.
- Attend client meetings and project/site visits across Bengaluru when required.
- Work towards monthly sales and revenue targets.
