Role overview:
The Placement Executive is responsible for leading the placement partnerships for the respective cluster.The role involves building and maintaining relationships with industry partners, ensuring effective job placements, tracking outcomes, and supporting beneficiaries in achieving sustainable livelihoods.

Your role in supplementing the Organisational goals:
- Partnership Development:Identify and cultivate partnerships with potential employers, industries, and organizations to create a network of placement opportunities.



Develop and maintain robust partnerships with employers, recruiters, and industry associations. Conduct employer visits, job fairs, and recruitment drives. Negotiate MoUs or placement tie-ups with potential employers.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare comprehensive reports on placement activities, outcomes, and impact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of placements, success stories, and challenges faced during the placement process.
- Advocacy and Outreach: Represent LCF in relevant forums, conferences, and meetings to promote the organization's placement initiatives.
- Prepare a calendar for the job drives and employer connect.
- Conducting employer due diligence before onboarding the employers.
- Support Center Managers to deliver a sharp focus on achieving successful youth placements.
