Role Overview
The Senior Sales Executive will manage customer enquiries, understand property requirements, conduct client meetings and site visits, and support customers throughout the property-buying process.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and follow up on customer enquiries provided by the sales or pre-sales team.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential properties.
- Conduct calls, client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
- Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and relevant information to prospective customers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and build relationships with prospective buyers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely customer engagement.
- Assist customers during the property booking and documentation process.
- Update customer interactions and follow-up details in the CRM system.
- Work towards assigned sales and business targets.
- Maintain a professional approach during all customer interactions.
