We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead sales and business development for our construction sand business.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets. Generate new business from builders, developers, contractors, civil contractors, RMC plants, infrastructure companies and dealers. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. Regularly visit construction sites, builders and dealers to generate orders. Identify current markets, projects and business opportunities. Negotiate pricing, quantities, payment terms and delivery requirements. Coordinate with dispatch/logistics teams to ensure timely delivery. Monitor competitor pricing,



market demand and customer requirements. Maintain daily customer visit and sales reports. Follow up on outstanding payments in coordination with the accounts team. Build and manage a team of sales executives/field sales representatives. Achieve monthly sales volume and revenue targets.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
