1. Meta handling
- handle day to day meta (Facebook & Instagram) enquiries and leads.
Respond to customer enquiries and leads, generated through social media.
coordinate with the sales team for lead follow ups
track & maintain lead related data & reports.
2. customer calling & tele calling
call customers lead generated through meta and other marketing channel
follow up with prospective customers
maintain proper records of customer calls & follow ups.
3. customer complaint handling
handle customer complaints & queries professionally
coordinate with sales, delivery and service team for issue resolution.
ensure timely follow up & customer satisfaction.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Education:
- Master's (preferred)
Experience:
- Telemarketing: 1 year (preferred)
Language:
- English, Hindi & marathi (preferred)
Work Location: In person
