About the Role

You will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) to generate leads, traffic, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Conduct keyword research, audience research, and competitor analysis.
- Set up and optimize Search, Display, Performance Max, and remarketing campaigns on Google Ads.
- Create and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns for lead generation, conversions, traffic, and engagement.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data.
- Perform A/B testing of ad copies, creatives, audiences, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
- Coordinate with the creative/content team to develop effective ad creatives and copy.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics,



Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and other reporting tools.
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with key insights and recommendations.
- Assist in developing digital marketing strategies across paid and organic channels.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, features, policies, and best practices in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, social media, and digital marketing.

Required Skills:
- 6 months-1 year of experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Understanding of campaign objectives, targeting, bidding, budgets, and conversion tracking.
- Knowledge of keyword research and basic SEO concepts.
- Valuable understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing fundamentals.
- Basic analytical and data interpretation skills.
