Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations across all bakery and sweets outlets.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and coordinate procurement to minimize wastage.
- Ensure product quality, hygiene, and food safety standards are maintained.
- Handle CRM activities, customer feedback, and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new staff members on SOPs and customer service.
- Supervise outlet managers and staff to achieve operational and sales targets.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor sales, expenses, and prepare operational reports.
- Coordinate with production, purchasing, and logistics teams to ensure timely product availability.
- Improve operational efficiency and implement process improvements.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
