We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) with 6 months to 1 year of experience to join our growing team.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Research potential clients and identify new business opportunities.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable IT solutions.
- Schedule meetings with qualified prospects.
- Maintain and regularly update CRM and lead-tracking sheets.
- Assist in preparing business proposals and presentations.
- Coordinate with the technical team during pre-sales discussions.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Track sales activities,



opportunities, and conversion status.
- Meet assigned lead-generation and business-development targets.
- Stay updated with IT industry trends, technologies, and market opportunities.

Required Skills:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, Lead Generation, or a similar role.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of LinkedIn and online lead-generation platforms.
- Experience with Upwork, Freelancer, or similar freelancing platforms is an advantage.
- Strong internet research and prospecting skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Ability to understand and communicate software/IT services.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
