Qualification & Experience Graduation in any stream

1-3 years of relevant field experience

Knowledge of local language

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in the field and coordinate with community members

Basic knowledge of data collection and reporting Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular field visits and support implementation of the project.

Mobilize women and community members for health screening activities.

Coordinate with ASHA workers, Anganwadi workers and other community-level stakeholders.

Support organization of screening camps at village/community level.

Work towards the project target of screening 7,000 women for BP and Blood Sugar.

Ensure proper registration and data collection of beneficiaries.

Support the screening team during BP and blood sugar testing.

Maintain accurate records of screening and field activities.





Conduct beneficiary follow-ups wherever required.

Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Share daily/weekly field updates and reports with the District Coordinator.

Identify field-level challenges and communicate them to the concerned team.

Ensure timely completion of assigned field targets. Required Skills
