As a Cyber Security Analyst at Hyland, you will play a critical role in protecting enterprise systems by monitoring, detecting, investigating, and responding to cybersecurity threats across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. You will work with modern security technologies, AI-driven security capabilities, automation platforms, and advanced threat detection solutions to strengthen the organization's overall security posture. Your Role Responsibilities - Here's What You'll Do:
- Monitor and investigate security alerts, suspicious activities, and threats across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid enterprise environments; respond to and manage security incidents following established Incident Response (IR) procedures
- Perform threat hunting, log analysis,



and security investigations using industry-standard security tools; leverage AI-powered security technologies to identify anomalies, emerging threats, and operational risks
- Support and administer security technologies including SIEM platforms (Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, QRadar), EDR/XDR Platforms, Security Monitoring Tools, Security Posture Management Solutions, and Threat Intelligence Platforms
- Assist in developing and improving detection use cases, response playbooks, automation workflows, and security documentation to strengthen the organization's overall security posture
- Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, engineering, and business teams to improve security controls and processes; evaluate emerging security and AI technologies and provide recommendations to enhance security capabilities
