Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years relevant core BA experience in a client facing role
- Minimum of 3 years of BA skillset - Requirements Engineering and Processes
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management with senior stakeholders
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in creating high-quality detailed business requirements, process and training documentation
- Sourcing requirements from appropriate stakeholders with varying seniority
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in manufacturing domain as Business Analyst
- The ability to produce process documentation including process maps, flow diagrams, requirement specifications, functional designs, and features stories etc.
- Minimum of 3 years work experience with Agile environment and Azure Devops tool.




- Valuable stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of techniques with respect to problem solving and decision making
- Understanding of industry-standard modelling standards and methodologies
- Minimum 3 years of successful involvement in projects through the full project life cycle
- Minimum 3 years of experience of handling conflicting demands, prioritizing workloads, and delegating effectively in order to deliver
- Demonstrable team working and individual working skills

Degree: Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
