About the role:
Chiller Service Manager responsible for providing post-sales support, guiding teams, and ensuring timely resolution of chiller-related issues. Managing customer interaction and meeting the plan on Revenue and Margins. Identifying and Planning for technical / safety trainings for Carrier as well as Dealer / sub con team
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for driving the NPS for the customer segment handled
- On time SA renewal with plan price increase
- Adoption and usage of the SFDC functionalities
- Monitoring field hours for optimum productivity
- Identifying and Planning for technical / safety trainings for Carrier as well as Dealer / sub con team
- Keeping Safety as prime objective
- Meeting the plan on Revenue and Margins
- Ensure the overdue are minimized (less than 15% of AR)
- AR management as per Plan
- Digital initiatives to be adopted and implemented within the team.
- Inventory Forecasting
