Job Purpose:
Execution of New product Qualification, Tracking / Handling customer line / field issues, coordinating with Plant / Engineering / Customer for resolution Product Application Training to customers & Heat Load Calculation support

Key Responsibilities





Description of duties & activities

New Product Qualification -
- Understanding / Sharing Product technical documentation required by customer:
- Discussion of test plan & samples:
- Coordinate with sales for samples & delivery:
- Coordinate with Customer for sample evaluation / qualification:
- Address pilot production & post field testing issues:
- Coordination of customer system testing in karad engineering lab

Support To Contractors
- Get inputs from Sales / Customer for heat load calculations:
- Selection of system components like condensing unit / expansion valve etc:
- Post Sales support customer for installation / commissioning:
- Technical Training To Customers

Handling Customer Issues, Coordination between Plant / Quality & Customer to share inputs / Resolve Line / Field Issues
