Key Responsibilities
- Carry out routine electrical inspection and maintenance of the building.
- Repair and maintain lighting, switches, sockets, fans, and electrical appliances.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and breakdowns.
- Maintain MCBs, DBs, distribution panels, and electrical wiring.
- Check electrical connections, voltage, current, and load conditions.
- Replace damaged switches, sockets, cables, lights, and other components.
- Attend daily electrical complaints and maintenance requests.
- Perform preventive maintenance of electrical systems.Required Skills:
- Valuable knowledge of building electrical systems.
- Electrical fault finding and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of MCB, DB, wiring, lighting, and electrical panels.
- Ability to use electrical testing tools safely.Qualification

ITI Electrician / Diploma in Electrical Engineering preferred.

Experience

0-2 years of experience in building, commercial property, facility management, hotel, mall, office, or residential maintenance preferred.
