Hiring: Telecaller (Solar Sales)

Position: Telecaller - Solar Sales

Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year (Solar Industry Preferred)

You will be working on the PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana, helping customers understand the benefits of rooftop solar systems and converting leads into successful installations.

Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with potential customers.
- Explain the benefits of the PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana.
- Generate qualified sales and schedule customer conversions.
- Coordinate with the sales and installation team.
- Maintain customer records and daily call reports.
- Achieve a target of 8-9 kW rooftop solar installations per month.

Eligibility
- Minimum 1 year of Telecalling/Sales experience.
- Experience in the Solar Panel industry is preferred.




- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Salary & Incentives
- Attractive fixed salary (based on experience).
- Performance-based monthly incentives for achieving sales targets.

Working Hours
- Timing: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Weekly Off: Tuesday
- Sunday: Working Day
