About MPT Aero

MPT Aero is the aerospace and defence division of Masters Preci Tools Private Limited.

We work on high-precision machining, precision fabrication, aerospace tooling, jigs & fixtures, Ground Support Equipment, build-to-print manufacturing, build-to-spec solutions, reverse engineering and repair/modification of tooling.

Our objective is to support PSUs, Defence organisations, MROs and Tier-1 aerospace and defence companies with reliable indigenous manufacturing and engineering solutions.

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Manager who can identify opportunities, meet customers, build relationships and convert technical requirements into business for MPT Aero.

The role will primarily focus on developing business with:
- Public Sector Undertakings
- Defence organisations
- Aerospace and aviation companies
- MRO organisations
- Tier-1 and Tier-2 aerospace/defence manufacturers
- Government R&D; organisations
- Large precision engineering companies

This is a hands-on business development role involving customer visits, account development,



vendor registrations, RFQs, tenders, proposals and regular follow-up.

What You Will Do
- Identify and develop current business opportunities with PSU / Defence organisations.
- Develop business with Tier-1 aerospace and defence manufacturers looking for reliable Indian suppliers.
- Reach out to Design, Engineering, Maintenance, Projects, Procurement and Vendor Development teams.
- Visit customers and understand their manufacturing, tooling and engineering requirements.
- Present MPT Aero's capabilities in:
- High-precision machining
- High-precision fabrication and welded assemblies
- Aerospace and MRO tooling
- Jigs and fixtures
- Ground Support Equipment
- Lifting and handling equipment
- Build-to-print manufacturing
- Build-to-spec engineering
- Reverse engineering
- Import substitution and indigenisation
- Repair and modification of existing tooling
- Identify RFQs, tenders, EOIs and
