_Your role:_ In this role, it's all about enabling our clients to be more effective employers by identifying, defining and assessing their needs.



Our service teams make it happen by collaborating with our clients and other key internal stakeholders to ensure that we provide “Everyday Excellence” and improve our client’s experience. (P.S. Did you know that the majority of our customers are not only satisfied, but they'd recommend ADP to someone else?) As a Process Executive, you will be responsible for payroll processing and reports generations for clients under Small Business Segment. Small Business Segment refers to the segment of clients with an employee base of 50 or less than 50. We have a mix of MNC’s and domestic clients under this segment.

_What you’ll do:_
- Review and process client’s payroll transactions efficiently within defined SLA’s.
- Conduct timely and accurate processing of cyclical events including month end, statutory reports and year end related activities.
- Ensure validation of data such as Investments declaration, Form 16s, Tax Returns.
- Ensure ADP performs payroll service
