Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Prospecting: Source new clients, attend networking events, and follow up on inquiries via CRM tools and platforms.Property Showings: Conduct property tours and open houses for potential buyers or tenants, highlighting project features and amenities.Client Consultation: Guide clients through pricing, local market trends, and real estate investment opportunities.Transaction Management: Assist with preparing real estate contracts, coordinating with mortgage lenders, and navigating legal documentation
