About the Role

Parasnath Speciality Clinic, Badlapur is looking for a qualified and dedicated BAMS Doctor to join our clinical team. The doctor will be responsible for patient consultation, diagnosis, treatment planning, patient counselling, follow-ups, and maintaining proper patient records as per the clinic's protocols.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct patient consultations and understand medical history and current complaints.
- Assess, examine, and identify the patient's condition.
- Prepare appropriate treatment plans under the clinic's established protocols.
- Handle OPD patients and provide proper medical guidance.
- Monitor patient progress during the treatment journey.
- Explain treatment procedures, precautions, diet, lifestyle and follow-up requirements to patients.
- Maintain accurate and updated patient records.
- Follow the clinic's SRDP treatment protocol and SOPs.
- Coordinate with physiotherapists and other clinic staff for patient management.
- Ensure proper patient communication and a positive patient experience.




- Conduct regular follow-ups with patients and monitor treatment compliance.
- Maintain qualified standards, hygiene and clinical discipline.
- Support the clinic in camps, patient awareness activities and other clinical initiatives when required.
- BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) degree from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration with the applicable medical council.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient-friendly and empathetic approach.
- Basic computer and patient-record management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Willingness to learn and follow the clinic's treatment protocols and SOPs.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
