Position: Store Supervisor

Zivanché is looking for asmart, well-groomed and responsible Store Supervisor to manage day-to-day store operations and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Lead and monitor the store sales team.
- Drive sales targets and improve store performance.
- Ensure excellent customer service and premium customer experience.
- Maintain store visual merchandising and brand presentation.
- Manage inventory, stock movement and regular stock checks.
- Ensure proper billing, cash handling and daily sales reporting.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline and performance.
- Handle customer queries, complaints and escalations professionally.
- Ensure company SOPs and operational standards are followed.




- Coordinate with management regarding sales, inventory and store requirements.

What We’re Looking For:
- 2-5 years of experience in retail/store operations.
- Experience in premium/luxury retail, watches, fashion or lifestyle brands will be preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
- Smart, confident and well-groomed personality.
- Target-oriented with robust sales and operational understanding.
- Good knowledge of inventory and store management.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
