About the Role

You will be responsible for creating visually compelling marketing materials, managing social media platforms, developing engaging content, and supporting digital marketing campaigns to strengthen our brand presence and increase audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Creativity
- Create high-quality designs for flyers, banners, posters, brochures, advertisements, and social media.
- Create and edit promotional videos, reels, and motion graphics.
- Maintain consistency with company branding and visual guidelines.

Social Media Management
- Manage the company’s social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Create, schedule, publish, and manage engaging social media content.
- Develop social media calendars and content strategies.
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement.
- Analyze social media performance and provide regular insights.
- Stay updated with current social media trends, formats, and content strategies.

Digital Marketing




- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Conduct basic market and competitor research.
- Monitor campaign performance and engagement metrics.
- Support lead generation and brand awareness initiatives.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends and best practices.

Collaboration
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative campaigns.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure marketing materials meet business objectives.
- Understand campaign requirements and convert ideas into effective visual content.

Project Management
- Manage multiple design and marketing projects simultaneously.
- Meet deadlines while maintaining quality and creativity.
- Organize and maintain marketing and design assets.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ year of skilled experience in graphic design and/or digital marketing.
