About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Team Lead - Polki & Heritage Jewellery to lead the front-office sales function of our Heritage Department.

This role requires a robust combination of people leadership, premium customer handling, sales acumen, product expertise, and floor management.

Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Business Ownership
- Take ownership of the overall sales performance of the Polki & Heritage Department.
- Drive achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor individual and team-wise sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Drive conversion, average bill value, repeat business, and customer engagement.
- Personally handle and support high-value and high-potential customers wherever required.
- Develop strategies to maximize sales of Polki, Heritage Jewellery, and Colour Stone Jewellery.




- Ensure effective utilization and movement of the department's inventory.

2. Team Leadership & People Management
- Lead, coach, motivate, and develop the sales team.
- Allocate customers and sales opportunities effectively across the team.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Identify capability gaps and work with the training team to improve product and selling skills.
- Set clear expectations regarding sales, customer service, grooming, discipline, and showroom etiquette.
- Build a high-performance yet customer-centric sales culture within the department.
- Handle team-related concerns, conflicts, attendance, discipline, and day-to-day people matters.

3. Customer Experience
- Ensure every customer receives a premium and personalized jewellery-buying experience.
- Handle HNI/VVIP customers and high-value transactions with confidence and professionalism.
