Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Engineer to support sales and marketing activities, develop business opportunities, maintain customer relationships, and conduct regular site visits.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular site visits to understand client requirements.
- Promote and market the company’s fire & safety products and services.
- Generate new leads and identify potential customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Understand customers’ technical and commercial requirements.
- Prepare quotations and proposals in coordination with the technical team.
- Follow up with clients for enquiries, quotations, and order closures.
- Identify new business opportunities through field visits and market research.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet customer requirements.




- Maintain records of client meetings, site visits, leads, and sales activities.
- Prepare regular sales and site visit reports.
- Represent the company professionally during customer meetings and site visits.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, marketing, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
- Ability to conduct client meetings and site visits independently.
- Basic understanding of technical products/services.
- Solid follow-up and customer relationship management skills.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Willingness to travel locally for client and site visits.

Preferred Candidate

- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, field sales, or technical sales.
- BBA, MBA, or any Graduate with a Science background.
- Experience in Fire & Safety, Industrial Safety, Electrical, MEP, or related industries will be preferred.
- Must be comfortable with field work and regular site visits

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
