Senior B2B Enterprise Sales Manager (BFSI) /n Location: Noida (Work From Office) /n Experience: 3–6 Years /n Employment Type: Full-Time /n /n About the Role /n We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales professional to drive recent business growth within the BFSI sector (Banks, NBFCs, Fintechs, MFIs, and Digital Lenders). The role requires end-to-end ownership of the sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to deal closure. /n /n Key Responsibilities /n • Generate and qualify leads within BFSI accounts. /n • Build and manage relationships with key decision-makers. /n • Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations. /n • Prepare proposals, commercials, and business cases. /n • Manage negotiations, procurement processes, and contract closures. /n • Maintain CRM updates, sales pipeline, and forecasting. /n • Use Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales tools for outbound prospecting. /n /n Requirements /n • 3–6 years of B2B Enterprise Sales experience. /n • Minimum 2+ years of experience selling to Banks, NBFCs, or Fintech companies. /n • Proven track record of closing enterprise deals.
