Position:Customer Service Representative

Location:Satellite, Ahmedabad

Shift:US Shift (Night Shift)

Experience:Intern to 03 Years

Working Days:5.5 days working

Educational Qualification:Minimum: Graduate in any stream

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in scheduling appointments, sharing treatment updates, and handling basic inquiries.
- Provide support related to medical services, pharmacy billing, prior authorizations, and insurance verifications.
- Ensure proper documentation and data entry in patient records and CRM systems. Escalate complex or sensitive issues to senior team members as needed.:
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and data protection standards.



Actively participate in training and performance improvement sessions.

Required Skills:
- Excellent English communication skills(spoken and written) with a neutral accent. Confidence, patience, and ability to handle conversations with empathy.:
- Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn healthcare software.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in night shifts.
- Prior BPO experience (0-1 year) is a bonus.
