Position - DDGS Sales Manager

Location: 300KLPA Grain Based Ethanol Plant, Gopalganj, Bihar

Job Responsibilities:

- Sales & Business Development
- Identify and develop current clients in the feed, dairy, poultry, and livestock industries.
- Promote and sell DDGS to distributors, wholesalers, and direct buyers.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Market

Research & Customer Relationship

- Conduct market research to identify demand trends.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and generate repeat business.
- Provide technical information about DDGS to customers.
- Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams for smooth deliveries.
- Ensure timely shipments and resolve supply chain issues.
- Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
- Maintain proper documentation of orders, contracts, and payments.

Key Skills Required:

- Sales & negotiation skills




- Knowledge of animal nutrition and feed industry
- Good communication and networking skills
- Ability to analyze market trends
- Experience in agricultural or feed industry sales is preferred

Qualification & Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Business, or related fields
- 2+ years of experience in sales (preferably in the feed or agriculture or Ethanol industry)
