Role Description The Sales Counselor and Associate (BDA) is a full-time, remote role focused on guiding prospective learners and families through Fantastiqo’s educational offerings. On a day-to-day basis, the role involves engaging with leads through calls, messages, and online meetings to understand their needs, explain programs, and recommend suitable courses.

The position includes maintaining detailed records of interactions, following up with interested prospects, and supporting them through the enrollment process.

The Sales

Counselor and Associate is expected to collaborate with internal teams, meet sales and conversion targets,



and provide a high level of customer service and counseling to ensure a positive experience. The role also involves contributing feedback from learners and families to help improve processes and offerings.

Qualifications

- Strong customer interaction abilities, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills, with a focus on empathetic, learner-centered support.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for explaining programs clearly and building trust with prospective learners and families.
- Proven Sales capabilities, including lead conversion, consultative selling, and meeting or exceeding targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid Organization Skills to manage multiple leads, follow-ups, and documentation efficiently.
- Comfort working remotely with reliable internet access, basic proficiency in CRM or lead management tools, and familiarity with online communication platforms.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in education counseling, inside sales, or edtech is preferred but not mandatory.
- Relevant academic background in business, education, communications, or a related field is beneficial.
