We are looking for a Sales Coordinator with around 1 year of experience to support the sales team in day-to-day coordination, order processing, documentation, customer follow-ups, and communication between the sales team and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with Sales Executives, Sales Managers, customers, warehouse, accounts, and other departments for smooth sales operations.

- Receive and process sales orders and ensure timely communication to the concerned departments.

- Prepare and maintain sales-related documents, quotations, invoices, order details, and reports.

- Follow up with the sales team and customers regarding orders, deliveries, payments, and pending requirements.

- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of products.

- Maintain accurate records of customer information, sales orders, dispatches, and pending orders.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports as required by the Sales Manager.





- Monitor pending orders and follow up with concerned team members for timely closure.

- Handle customer queries and coordinate with the appropriate department for resolution.

- Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, price details, product information, and other sales documents.

- Coordinate with the Accounts Department regarding payment status, outstanding amounts, and billing-related matters.

- Maintain proper filing and documentation of sales records.

- Update sales data in ERP/software/Excel and ensure accuracy of information.

- Support the Sales Manager in day-to-day administrative and coordination activities.

- Perform other sales coordination duties assigned by the reporting manager.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
