Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handle sales enquiries, quotations, and customer follow-ups.

- Coordinate with customers regarding requirements, orders, and delivery schedules.

- Prepare quotations, purchase order documents, and sales reports.

- Coordinate with sales, technical, production, and dispatch teams.

- Keep proper records of enquiries, quotations, orders, and customer details.

- Follow up on pending quotations and orders.

- Support the sales team in achieving targets.

- Communicate with customers through phone, email, and WhatsApp.

- Handle customer queries and provide timely updates.

- Assist the sales team in daily sales activities and documentation.

Requirements:

- 2–5+ years of experience as a Sales Coordinator / Sales Support / Sales Executive.





- Experience in machinery, pharmaceutical, engineering, or packaging industry preferred.

- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Production, Packaging, or a related engineering field.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel.

- Organized, responsible, and positive at follow-ups.

Pay: ₹11,541.53 - ₹30,000.00 per month
