Job Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers regarding the CrewFitClub fitness app.

- Explain app features, fitness programs, memberships, and available plans.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable plans.

- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into paid memberships.

- Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and sales.

- Handle customer queries professionally and provide basic information about the app.

- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.

- Build a positive relationship with customers and encourage long-term app usage.

- Coordinate with the team regarding leads, payments, and customer onboarding.

Requirements:

- Valuable communication and convincing skills.

- Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.

- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.

- Target-oriented and confident personality.

- Good English/Hindi communication preferred.

- Fresher candidates with good communication skills can apply.

- Prior telesales/telecalling experience will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹11,541.53 - ₹15,000.00 per month
